Pre-ejaculate can still transmit infection

It is a fact that HIV has been found in pre-cum samples in the lab.

It is a fact that there have been cases of oral transmission where the source did not ejaculate in the mouth, hence it is assumed that the pre-cum was infectious enough to cause transmission.

It is also a fact that unless the guy is a heavy leaker, there will generally be less fluid in pre-cum than in ejaculate and therefore, the risk of transmission from pre-cum is less.

Although, and here is where conjecture comes in, if a guy has a bacterial urethral infection (let's with Gonorrhea or NSU) then he will have a lot of white blood cells at the tip of the penis. If he is infected with HIV, these white blood cells will probably have lots of virus in them. During sex, the first fluid to push out those white blood cells cells (puss really) would be pre-cum, so in this case, pre-cum could conceivable be more infectious than ejaculate.

To minimize the length of the slip up, you should have condoms physically within your reach, i.e. right next to you. If you don't have condoms, you should have outercourse using hands, mouth (without cuming), legs, lower back, chest, whatever of your partner. You might find you like that better because it takes longer to cum, thus extending his/your pleasure.

Lubricant for good Sex...some are even bad

A good lubricant can go a long way in making sure that safer sex is pleasurable and fun. Lubricant is important in safer sex because it also makes condoms and dams slippery and less likely to break. Lubricants make safer sex feel better by cutting down on the dry kind of friction that a lot of people find irritating.

When buying lube, it's important to find the right kind that can work for you. One that works for you and for your condom. Never use oil-based lube with a latex or non-latex rubber condom. Use only water or silicone-based lube with latex and non-latex rubber condoms. Read the package insert if you have any questions about what you can use.

Water-based Lubes

Water-based lubes are just that: water-based. Their main feature is that they're smooth and slick, but not sticky and messy like silicone and oil-based lubes can be. Since they're water-soluble, skin and mucous membranes will absorb them. This makes cleanup a breeze: just a little warm water, maybe some soap, and the lube will easily wash off the skin. Depending on how long you have sex you may need to reapply due to the fast absorbent. Water-based lubes also have the great advantage of being completely condom-compatible. Another down fall is that the water base lubes contain glycerin, which can cause infections in women pretty easily. So make sure your girl cleans up right away after using one.

Silicone-based Lubes

Silicone-based lubes are similar to water-based lubes, but are generally much greasier and last much longer, despite having a thinner texture. In fact, that's their main advantage: silicone-based lubes take ages to dry out. No muss, no fuss, no need to reapply.

What's more; you can actually use them in water and they'll still work. They're not quite as easy to clean up as water-based lubes, though. Those who don't like silicone-based lubes say that using them is like having motor oil slathered on your bits. Others swear by it.

Oil-based Lubes

Oil-based lubes corrode latex, so you can't use them with condoms. Second, they're bad for your woman's vaginal health in a variety of ways. And finally, they're slimy and messy. Baby oil, Vaseline, Crisco, etc., are known for their lubricating properties, but using them is just a bad idea.

You know your body, so if you are a sensitive person plain Lubes are for you. Tasteful Lubes can cause a yeast infection or a burning feeling if you are sensitive. So plain KY Jelly may seem boring, but is safe for easy irritated private parts.
