Warrenty
Items purchased online and at our parties cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt.  Any claims after day 8 MUST be filed with the appropriate manufacturer.​
We highly recommend you register your toys with the corresponding manufacturer.

Payment and Shipping​  
All packages are shipped in My Passion X packaging via Fed Ex, return addressed as follows: My Passion X.  Your privacy is our concern.  Items ship as available, so you may receive multiple shipments per order.
Returns & refunds
Items purchased online and at our parties cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item or an item with same value within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We do not give satisfaction returns.  No CASH refunds.​

​Return Procedure​
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.​
  1. Include the original printed email or online invoice.
  2. Item must be sealed in original package and not opened

​WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:​
  • Any of the items in the “Condoms, Lubes & Cock Ring”  and “Naughty clothing & Strap On” section on the site.
  • Any of the items such as Tongue Rings, belly rings, nipple ring on the site.​
