I came across this video and fell in love!!! Makes me want to get one and put that ball to good use. Now I don't know if everybody can do some of these positions or use the ball at all. So know your weight and try to balance if you are going to attempt. Sexercise is as good as any other work out that you may try, because you are working out all kinds of areas that may seem hard in the gym. When caught in the moment anything is possible, even a good sweat! Will this be considered illegal if someone opened a gym like this? I wouldn’t think so, but that’s just me and my open mind.
